Service and rest areas throughout the French motorway network are equipped for disabled people.
  • - Almost all areas have toilets accessible to people in wheelchairs.
  • - Many areas have at least four handicap-access services: toilets, phone, carpark, shop, etc.

  • Category-2 vehicles adapted for disabled people priced as Category 1:

  •       - Request category-1 price from personnel at attended tollgate lanes
  •       - At automatic tollgates, call assistance using interphone
  •  
  • In the event of a breakdown or an accident, if you are alone in your vehicle and you can’t get to the orange emergency terminal, call 112 from your mobile phone. It is important to be as precise as possible when giving location information to the emergency service personnel.
